We train with honesty and empathy, intensity and gentleness, respect and obedience. K-9 Kampus is currently based out of Malvern, Arkansas and provides instruction in Foundational Training, Obedience, Detection, Search and Rescue/Recovery, and Personal Protection.
Our experience in each of these fields is derived from a collective history of both working in these fields, as well as extensive studying of the canine’s habits, communication, and societal structure within the pack environment.
Through our programs, we remove the force and compulsion devices normally associated with canine conditioning. It has become commonplace for most of society that as soon as you get a dog, you are told to go purchase a pinch or shock collar, or other similar training tool without having the proper knowledge of how to use one, and not even needing it. Not every dog needs this type of training tool, in fact, most do not. It seems as if it has almost become criteria to be met if you own a dog or if you train dogs, that your K9 wardrobe must consist of these. At K-9 Kampus we work with you and your dog, your partner, to get you to a higher level in your relationship, a level of cohesiveness.
